Amanda Williamsen

Spoken Word • First Time Art Party Participant

Amanda Williamsen is an Ohio poet who passed very slowly through Cupertino (it took ten years!) on her way to Bainbridge Island, Washington, where she now lives and writes about Ohio.  Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Baltimore Review, New Ohio Review, The Fabulist, red wheelbarrow, Midwestern Gothic, and The Doctor T. J. Eckleburg Review.  She served as Cupertino’s Poet Laureate for the first half of 2016 before moving to Washington in a bittersweet farewell to that city and to friends in the writing community there.  It’s great to be back for Anne and Mark’s Art Party!
