Artist’s Statement

I have been working in Mixed-Media for about 42 years. I get very excited each time I find a new Medium in which to dabble.

I find my bliss when I’m in the Zone of Creation. I have been engaging in this work long enough that I sometimes feel as if the machines and my hand-tools were musical instruments and I am in the process of composing.

Teaching also energizes me, I love to help others to become empowered in the use of their skills. I learn just as much from my students as they do from me.
